BRG Creative Group ("BRG", "we", "us") is a marketing consultancy and production company headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida. This policy covers the website at brgcreativegroup.com and the ways you contact us from it. Questions about it go to trevor@brgcreativegroup.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, call us, or book a call, you share your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to respond, to prepare for the conversation, and, if you become a client, to do the work.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent visitor information to anyone.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies of its own. Third-party services you choose to use (listed below) may set their own when you interact with them.
Third-party services
- Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs. Vercel privacy policy.
- Calendly handles call booking. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own policy. Calendly privacy policy.
- Google Workspace provides our email. Messages you send us are stored there.
- Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
How we use information
To reply to you, to schedule and prepare for calls, to deliver services you have engaged us for, to send invoices and project communication, and to keep the site secure. If you have asked to hear from us, we may email you about our work; every such message includes a way to stop.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email trevor@brgcreativegroup.com and we will respond promptly. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights can exercise them the same way.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with modern browser security headers in place. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the contact channels on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date.
